Charli’s Cupcake Factory is a facility that handles wheat, dairy & nuts. We do not make Dairy Free, Peanut Free/Nut Free, Vegan, or Gluten Free products.

All cake orders must be placed in person so that we can make sure we get all the information we need from you about your cake.

Cupcake orders must be placed in person. Only assorted cupcake orders (we choose the assortment) may be taken over the phone. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Standard size cupcakes require a minimum order of one dozen cupcakes of the same cake flavor.
